Motorbike nuisance

Good Afternoon,

We have had  a report of two lads that are riding up and down on a motorbike around Lily Ave Charnock Richard Chorley .

Both males are on the same back which does not have a back light on it. .

If anyone has any information about this  bike or has any registrations or footage of them. You can reply to this message.
